To be eligible for a return:

- You must contact us before sending anything back
Warranty
All electrical products sold on mywillowco.com come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. If your product stops working as expected, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
How to claim:
