Free Shipping on Every Order Willow&Co offers complimentary shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. No minimum order value and no discount code required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time Every order is carefully prepared after your purchase is confirmed. Once your payment is received, your order enters our fulfilment queue.

Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on business days. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day. Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Transit Time & Estimated Delivery

All timeframes are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, international customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier assigned to each shipment is selected based on destination and order size to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Destinations We currently deliver to: the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Orders cannot be shipped to destinations outside these territories at this time.
