RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – MYWILLOWCO.COM

At Willow&Co, every piece is carefully curated for your home, and your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your purchase, our return process is straightforward and free of hidden fees.

30-Day Return Window & Eligibility You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Restocking Fee: $0.00 — Willow&Co never charges restocking fees, regardless of the reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: No cost to you. We provide a prepaid return label when the product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered. Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Email contact@mywillowco.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
4. Ship using the carrier and instructions provided in your return authorisation email.

Refund Processing Once Willow&Co receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges Need a different size or a replacement for a damaged item? Contact us at contact@mywillowco.com and we will arrange the most efficient resolution for your situation.

Non-Returnable Items Any product explicitly marked as final sale on its product page is not eligible for return unless it arrives defective or incorrect.
