30-Day Return Window & Eligibility You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
Restocking Fee: $0.00 — Willow&Co never charges restocking fees, regardless of the reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: No cost to you. We provide a prepaid return label when the product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered. Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Refund Processing Once Willow&Co receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
