Returns & warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
To be eligible for a return:

- You must contact us before sending anything back
Warranty
All electrical products sold on mywillowco.com come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. If your product stops working as expected, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
How to claim:
