Returns & warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us before sending anything back
Warranty
All electrical products sold on mywillowco.com come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. If your product stops working as expected, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
How to claim:
Email us at contact@mywillowco.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We handle all warranty claims within 24–48 hours.
Not covered:
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, water exposure, power surges, or any modification to the product.

Three Sizes for Different Spaces
Choose 40 × 60 cm (Small), 100 × 150 cm (Medium), or 160 × 230 cm (Large) for your living room, bedroom, or hallway. All seven designs are available in these three sizes. Measure your space before ordering. The design image is shared across sizes; refer to the selected dimensions for the actual rug size.
A Colorful Seasonal Accent
Pair the printed polyester rug with warm wood, simple greenery, and neutral furnishings to let your chosen scene stand out. The supplier lists both hand and machine washing; follow the care instructions supplied with your rug.
